- • The call for speakers is currently only on invite basis.
- 11 • Can I attend a specific session only, or do I need to register for the whule conference?
- • You can register for the full conference only.
Networking and Activities
- 12 • Will there be networking opportunities during the conference?
- • Absulutely! FOIC 2025 includes networking sessions such as lunches, coffee breaks, and cocktail hours where you can meet fellow attendees, sponsors, and speakers.
- 13 • Are there any social events or activities planned?
- • Yes, we have organized a WELCOME RECEPTION – 06th March, 2025 and GALA DINNER – 07th March, 2025. This is a great chance to meet other participants in a relaxed environment.
Health and Safety
- 14 • What health and safety precautions are in place for in-person attendees?
- • The health and safety of our attendees is a priority. We will follow local government guidelines and implement protocols such as masking, social distancing, and sanitizing stations.
- 15 • Do I need to bring my own materials or equipment?
- • All conference materials (agenda, speaker slides, souvenir & Kit, etc.) will be provided hard copy and digitally.
If you prefer paper copies, feel free to bring your own notebooks, pens, or devices.
